I've been racking my brain to come up with something to write for my first post. I figured this blog would be about things I do and things I'm interested in. For example; cycling, art & music, the natural world to name a few. Perhaps a bit of politics thrown in as well. I thought I'd start with something 'bout cycling, but I was told no one would read it..."who'd be interested in that?" I was asked. So...that was out.
It's raining. I could write about the weather. It seems to rain a lot these days. Well, actually we get our fair share of "crap" weather here; this year in particular.
I'll write briefly about our cats. We have three and their names are Simon, Alloo and Teddy. Simon and Teddy are rather good friends. They play a lot. Alloo often plays with Teddy. Alloo will, at times, get something going with Simon, but then wants nothing to do with him. They're great cats. Simon is a blue mac tabby, Teddy is, well, I guess just a tabby and Alloo is black with white feet and a white bib. (not sure if there's a name for her type) She's a honey. Sweet as a bug and strange in many ways. Now that I think of it they're all strange...they're cats after all.
